One of the goals of the Education Reform Act of 1993 is for all young children to have the opportunity to participate in high quality early education and care programs before  entering  kindergarten. To help achieve this goal Community Partnership for Children (CPC) programs were established.  The CPC programs increased the availability, affordability and quality of early education and care programs for 3 and 4 year olds in Massachusetts.

The Gardner Community Partnership for Children Program is supported by a grant form the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care administered through the Lead Agency, Montachusett Opportunity Council, Inc.  Learn more about the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) by visiting their web site at www.eec.state.ma.us
